RAIGANJ WOMEN POLICE STATION
| Raiganj women P.S. is located between the latitudes of 25° 32′ & 25° 50′ 30″ and between the longitudes 88° 12′ 30″ situated at the Southern side of district. There are many markets such as Mohanbati Bazer, Line Bazer, Bandor Bazer, Debinagar Bazer, Super Market etc. Some small seale industries are also growing up in this area. There are 02 T.O.P.S. styled as Mohanbati T.O.P. & Bandor T.O.P. and one out post namely Karnojora O.P. and a Police camp at Bhatun are functioning under this P.S. area to perform L.O. duty and to prevent crime. The bordering P.Ss are Karandighi, Itahar, Hemtabad, Kaliyaganj(West Bengal) and Abadpur, Barsoi, under District- Katihar, Bihar and has border with Bangladesh on the Eastern side. |
